This is ridiculous.. The whole point of the fan club is to get presale tickets! I'm demanding a refund also! The seats will be terrible by the time we can get access to them! So disappointing.
I do not have time to mess with this shit this morning. Some of us have to work! Grrrrr!!!
I want my money back!! I did not recieve a code to buy my presale tickets not to metion it's 7am in MICHIGAN and I'm currently in FAIRBANKS ALASKA where it is 3:29AM messing with this!!!!!

this is crazy...never receive a code, no support like they say there will be....and you could've purchased a fan club today when you go to buy tickets...so why did I purchase a more expensive fan club ahead of time?
If you can buy the membership through ticketmaster, I would say to get it and then try to see if you can get a refund for the first one you bought. It's better than not seeing them at all.
