Ticket presales for IN A WORLD LIKE THIS Tour
This brings us to the presale portion of this news post.
Listen closely folks, we don't want you to miss any steps:
Fan Club concert ticket presales for all of the above North American tour dates will begin on Wednesday, May 15th at 7am local times in all markets*. You will need a code to participate in the presale. Tickets will be sold through ticketmaster.com, except for 8/30 in Grand Prairie, TX which will be sold here. You do not need a code for Grand Prairie.

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY REGARDING PRESALES***
The cut off to purchase a membership and still receive a Ticketmaster presale code is Tuesday, May 14th at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Make sure you join the fan club before then to get a Tickmaster presale code! This cut off date does not apply for presales occurring on 5/22 and 5/29.
Presale codes are only for concert tickets, not VIPs. VIP meet and greets are sold exclusively through backstreetboys.com.
Ticketmaster presale codes will be mailed after midnight PDT the night before the presale. Please be aware: MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER YOUR FAN CLUB ACCOUNT WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS OTHER THAN COMCAST, AOL, OR HOTMAIL TO ENSURE YOU GET AN EMAIL WITH A CODE. COMCAST, AOL, AND HOTMAIL FILTERS SOMETIMES BLOCK OUR EMAILS FROM COMING THROUGH. YOU CAN ALSO UPDATE YOUR EXISTING EMAIL ADDRESS.
If you do not receive a code and you've checked your junk folders first, we'll be answering Support inquiries at support.groundctrl.com or by phone at 877-GND-CTRL beginning at 4am PDT on 5/15 to 4pm PDT. Normal business hours will resume on 5/16.
VIP presales for IN A WORLD LIKE THIS Tour
In addition to ticket presales, we are excited to announce new VIP packages for the upcoming tour. Please note that these packages are upgrades only. You will need a ticket to attend the event. Backstreetboys.com is the ONLY place where you can purchase meet and greet packages to meet and interact with the band.
VIP PACKAGES WILL GO ON SALE TO THE FAN CLUB AT NOON LOCAL TIME ON WEDNESDAY 5/15* via the TOUR page! This will give everyone time to get tickets before having to worry about VIPs.
