    What is the point of paying a membership if 1.) We are never emailed the presale code, as promised? 2.) The seats are horrible?

    I am utterly disappointed in ground ctrl no password sent until 7:33 when they claimed they sent it they did not totally messed up. They should do something for the fans, the seats are not the greatest, unbelievable. Pay money for presales then get crap not fair at all
