    this is so aggravating!!! this is suppose to be a benefit being in the fan club - no codes should = no money!

    I'm almost ready to try changing my email to see if it works.. If they were sent and no one with yahoo got them it can't hurt to try...

    I have called and they are not open yet and I have tried to email but it keeps telling me the address above is not valid. And I have to be on the road to work right when their phone lines open up. I'm so frustrated right now.

    This is crap, the only reason I renewed my fan club subscription was to get the pre sale code and that doesn't seem to be happening. Can I refund my fan club membership?

    Ground Ctrl isn't open until 7 am...so it will be impossible to get through to them..sighh
