    Ground Control will be open at 7am...If you do not receive a code and you've checked your junk folders first, we'll be answering Support inquiries at support.groundctrl.com or by phone at 877-GND-CTRL beginning at 4am PDT on 5/15 to 4pm PDT. Normal business hours will resume on 5/16.

    I have a yahoo account and did not receive the code either!!! This is ridiculous!!

    I am pregnant and this is stressing me out! A half an hour before tickets go on sale and I'm sitting here waiting and waiting.. This sucks

    So confused as to why it seems like anyone with a yahoo account didn't get it. Also, are we sure the codes are different? Is anyone who got a code willing to share it after they use it?
    Ground Control sucks, every time I've had to deal with them it's been nothing but problems.
