The Backstreet Boys Perform At Home For A Good Cause
Sunday night was a treat for the Backstreet Boys and their fans as they took part in iHeartRadio’s Living Room Concert for America. Kevin, Howie, Brian, AJ, and Nick, all in their homes from East coast to West coast, performed their 1999 hit “I Want It That Way” like there was no distance between them at all.
“The apart-but-together sentiment made the pop classic even more rousing than usual,” Billboard wrote, while Twitter lit up with tweets about the joy the Boys’ performance gave them, as they became a trending topic for hours following their performance. The Backstreet Boys joined the line up of other big name artists in this concert from home to not only bring a little joy to those currently staying inside during this COVID-19 pandemic to prevent to spread of the virus, but also to honor those keeping others safe on the frontlines and to encourage viewers to support Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation. Nick, Howie, and AJ have also teamed up with Save The Children and No Kid Hungry to encourage storytime while children during their time at home.
