The Backstreet Boys DNA World Tour has already blown through Europe with a number of sold out shows, filling huge arenas with new and familiar faces alike, all singing along to a new setlist that is sure to please everyone. No spoilers here though!

With the Boys’ crowd interaction this tour described as “delightful” by Manchester Evening News and the live show being applauded for its energy and “superb vocals” by Entertainment Focus, this is surely a tour that you do not want to miss when it heads to a town near you.

As with every new tour, event, etc., there are inevitable questions. We’ve heard you and we wanted to take the opportunity to answer so you have the best experience possible!

Who is opening for the Backstreet Boys on the North American leg?
Baylee Littrell, Brian’s son, will be opening. Don’t miss it!

Am I able to participate in Baylee’s VIP Meet and Greet AND Backstreet Boys’ VIP Meet and Greet without missing anything?
Absolutely! Both VIPs are run by Wonderful Union to ensure that they run smoothly and will not overlap. You can find Baylee’s VIP info here.

Will Howie have any Listening Party events on the North American leg?
You know it, however not at every stop! You can find an updated list of Howie events at howied.net as the tour progresses.

When will I receive info about when and where to go for my VIP Meet and Greet?
You will receive an email 24-48 hours prior to your event date with all pertinent information.

Can I bring props for photos or gifts for the Boys to my Meet and Greet?
Gifts will be taken by the Boys’ security team to be given to them later. You can not bring gifts or photo props into your meet and greet.

Where do I find my VIP Meet and Greet Photos?
They will be uploaded here, usually within 72 hours or less of your event.

Can I take selfies or get something autographed?
Selfies and autographs are not permitted in the meet and greet.

Can I take a group photo with my friends?
Every person that has purchased VIP Meet and Greet is entitled to ONE photo. If you would like your photo to include someone else, you can do that, but you forfeit your photo alone with the Boys.

I don’t have the DNA Circle package -- are there VIP upgrades?
VIP Upgrades have been announced and are only available in select cities. Click here for the list of cities. If your city is listed, click the EVENT PAGE for that city to see if they are still available. Limited quantities only.

Will more VIP upgrades become available?
No. Once VIP is sold out, it's sold out.

Do children require a paid VIP upgrade if they are coming with a parent?
Yes. Everyone entering the VIP Meet and Greet must have purchased it.

What's the difference between a VIP upgrade and DNA circle?
A concert ticket is not included with a VIP upgrade.

How early do I need to be there if I have seated tickets?
There is no need to be at the venue earlier than when doors open if you do not have a VIP package.

How long does the show run?
The Backstreet Boys DNA concert runs around 2 hours.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my concert tickets, ticket package, accessibility, etc.?
All questions regarding ticketing or package issues should go through your point of purchase (i.e. Ticketmaster). Please be careful when purchasing tickets from third parties as they are not always legitimate. DNA Circle packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE and can not be purchased from someone else.

Am I allowed to bring posters or large bags?
Poster and bag policies vary according to venue. Please contact your concert venue.

Am I able to enter and exit the ‘DNA’ Circle at anytime during the concert?
Yes.

Is there anywhere that I can purchase tour merchandise online?

Will Howie’s new solo album still be available at the merch table?
Of course!
