The ‘DNA’ World Tour Kicks Off In Europe

From Portugal to Italy to Spain to France to Germany, the Backstreet Boys have hit the ground running with barely a day off between almost all sold out shows! The new show, which features roughly 32 songs from their catalog (new and old), has taken production to a new level with stunning visuals, moving stages, and a circle in the middle for lucky fans to take it all in. After all, Kevin, Howie, Brian, AJ and Nick are very aware that the fans are an integral part to the success of the DNA tour.

“The first thing to have been able to have these 26 years of career, achieve this longevity and be able to continue doing what we like to do, having the best fans in the world who still follow us and support us. We saw it in Las Vegas and now in other countries, with people of different generations. Some grew up with us and now they are married and have had children, and they are brought to the concerts, so a new generation of Backstreet Boys fans starts,” AJ answered Los40 Classic in a recent interview when asked about what the best parts of being in the Backstreet Boys has been.

So far, European fans, thrilled to have the Boys back in their vicinity after a two year Las Vegas residency, are going all out to show their love! From the flag and signs in Milan to the signs in Paris and so much more, everyone is going above and beyond to make sure the BSB feel welcome in every city and country they’ve hit so far.

With Rolling Stone Italy calling this tour “surreal, but beautiful” and Melty acknowledging that “the five members give the best of themselves on stage while having fun”, it’s definitely a can’t-miss show!

“Anything in life that you want to be successful, you have to dedicate time to,” Brian told M80 in Portugal ahead of their first concert of the tour and dedicating time is exactly what the Boys will be doing. With tour dates into the Fall and more, there will be no lack of Backstreet in the near future.

In fact, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their record-breaking Millennium album, the Boys surprised everyone by dropping a “reimagined” version of “I Want It That Way” that you have to hear ASAP.

To keep up with what the BSB are doing on their days off and announcements for events like afterparties and more, follow Kevin, Howie, AJ, Brian and Nick on their social media channels and turn your notifications on so you don’t miss a thing!
