I'm referring to LolitaRW's post (11/6/2014): Same here. No money yet and no reply by Ticketmaster at all. Guys, can you please contact Ticketmaster one more time and ask them to update the fans on the ticket price refund? That would be great! Thank you!
I have sent ticketmaster.de all the information as required, 2 months ago. No one is replying and when you call them, they don't know anything.. When do we get news, and more important, our money back?

I have been sending information to both the office of Creative Talent as well as the other adress but both got returned. Should we send the information to Ticketmaster now? Of wait until they will find a solution. I hope to get my money back as soon as possible.
