This is just too much! I've called ground control more that enough times for it to be just busy. We are getting completely scammed here and its simply ridiculous!
The vegas date still has floor seats available :)
The floor seats aren't gone they were not even released. It's frustrating as fan we pay all this money and we get ripped everytime. What happen to the days where the fan club member always got the floor seats. I got stuck up with the seagulls.
My seats aren't very good either and I was online by 7:03. What is the point of a presale if you can't even get good tickets. I'm going to be upset if they have better seats for the Facebook presale. Ugh

This is ridiculous. I didnt recieve my code so I called several times over and over again and finally reached someone to get my code. By the time I just bought my tickets I didnt get good seats. This is beyond frustrating. How are all the floor seats gone already?
I finally got my tickets for the Houston show no thanks to Ground ctrl... I had to pay for another membership. But I will be there wasn't going to miss this one
@Charline - Who do we even complain to? Ground Ctrl? They don't respond as it is!
oh ya and i had to pay and extra 30.00 to but tickmaster fan club seats i got better ones than from the code
