    Someone told me the codes are user-specific, not generic. I wouldn't know though since I never got one.

    I got 5th row for Vegas, which I'm totally happy with, but I'm NOT happy that I had to join the fanclub AGAIN through Ticketmaster because Ground Control never sent me the password or answered my 30 phone calls or responded to my online request. What good is being a fan club member??????
