this is really bad some people got codes and other didn't whats going on

so i was up and calling that customer service line since 7 am (im in chicago) no one was there to answer my calls. I did not receive any e-mail at all with a code. I paid the 30 bucks and didnt get anything. SO i went on ticketmaster and paid another 30 bucks to become a member through ticketmaster because thats the only way i could get presale tickets. so 60 dollars paid... have been calling the customer service religiously and i went on hold once and then they never came on because i got the automated voice telling me no one was there to answer my phone call. FINALLY after i bought my tickets and paid 30 extra dollars, i got someone to talk to me. I asked what he could do, and he said nothing, non refundable. we were UNDERSTAFFED even though they said they would be open at 4 am to help with problems. I asked if he could just bump my package up to the 50 dollar package because i now paid 60 and he said no. I asked to talk to a manager and he said no. thank you so much for your help!

I never got an email and I've been calling Ground Control for an hour!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!
