thanks to whoever posted the code I used it worked but still nothing from ground control its been over an hour my show was on sale too. Disappointed but glad to at least be in middle and not in the back

Thanks so much for the code reply WishWeWereCruisin! that was very sweet of you. :) I didn't wind up needing after all. Just as I finished posting I got a message from support because I had opened a ticket with ground ctrl around 5AM they sent me my code with 2 minutes to spare!
I tried the code.. no seats left in NJ for Fri night. I was gonna drive 3 1/2 hours for them and I couldn't get a code on time? Im sure most of you other fan club members are with me in saying we have spent crazy amounts of money on BSB not to mention time and tears. This is unbelievable and completely heartbreaking. so much for a happy anniversary they will be missing some of there biggest fans...
