It's past midnight and I still haven't received my passcode for ticketmaster. Is this problem occuring for anyone else too? Worried I won't get it in time.

when the VIP package includes a group shot, what does that mean? How many people are in the opening photo? I'm going with my friend, so would it be just us?

4 am and still no code. Has anyone gotten one yet on the east coast?
I have a feeling it's going to happen sometime between 1:30 and 2am Pacific Time. I'm over here in California refreshing my email like a mofo. It's nerve wracking but I can't go to sleep until I know I have my code. Up at 7am to order a ticket and watch GMA. Been doing these presales for BSB tickets from Millennium to This Is Us, so I am primed and ready.
Still no codes... so Support isn't available for east coast until 7am but they open at 4 am for pacific? Or am I understanding it wrong? If so, that isn't fair...:(
I hope you'll be coming to europe and especially Birmingham, England
