    the only thing i didn't like much: the backstage tour is gone on Plat VIP...!! going onstage is great and stuff, but if u attend a GA concert is kinda complicated to go back to your spot... but i loved all the other stuff!! and i really hope we won't have barricades for the pics anymore...! <3

    I renewed my membership just hours before you annnouced the new ones -thats unfortunate! You should offer a chance for us to upgrade to one of the new packages if we recently did it.

    I hope you guys add more shows - MN show please!

    So Exited! How come the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI show doesn't have presale 7am time listed on the Ticketmaster site and all the others do???
