An emotionally open and honest film portrait of the biggest boy band ever, THE BACKSTREET BOYS, who take us through the highs and lows from boyhood to manhood that led them back into a London studio in 2012 to write a new album, make a film and plan their 20th anniversary re-launch. The reunion renewed friendships, but dynamic shifts reveal new and old tensions that need confronting and resolving. Directed by Stephen Kijak (Stones in Exile, Scott Walker: 30 Century Man) this is a surprising and rewarding journey filmed over 2 years that delves into the extremes of fame/fortune, betrayal and renewal.

The international release of the film (excluding North America) includes a special performance by the band exclusive to cinemas which is being filmed live at our Gala Screening at the Dominion Theatre in London’s West End on 26 February. UK & EUROPE SCREENING: 26 February 2015

The film will be screened in cinemas across the UK and selected European countries on Thursday 26 February 2015, followed by a special performance by the band broadcast LIVE by satellite from London.

LATIN AMERICA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND SCREENING: From 28 March 2015

The film will be released in cinemas around the world (excluding North America) starting 28 March 2015 and will include the special performance by the band filmed in London which is exclusive to cinemas. Release dates will vary by country.
