This past decade for me as a fan has been the most exciting. From walk of fame stars, to grammy museums, to meet and greets, to bragging about our boys being number one again on the radio, there are truly so many moments to consider. I have to without a doubt though, choose the Walk of Fame star as the moment of the decade for Backstreet history, So well deserved, so overdue. Congratulations Backstreet! I can’t wait until 2029 when I know I’ll get to say “Backstreet finally won a Grammy this decade” as the moment of the decade. Here we come roaring 20s!
I got addicted to your music growing up from my older sister who is over 30 and I’m 24 I always listen to you people get annoyed how I always talk about your music but I don’t care you guys are amazing you bring joy to my life
Please guys, I would like to be a winning soldier and be able to meet you in person, I am a fan of you since I was 9 years old and I could never meet him. In fact, it is my first show with you in my Argentinian country, I have never won anything I would like to be lucky this time.
As a longtime fan, I personally think the biggest moment in BSB history in the last decade has got to be Kevin's return to the group to make them complete again. I'm so happy that he returned and now the boys are having more popularity again!
Creo que el 2019 fue un año magnifico para los chicos! Un año lleno de reconocimientos! muy merecido!
I really enjoyed the NKOTBSB tour! It not only made me love BSB all over again but also NKOTB. I've seen tours from both bands ever since! If it wasn't for that tour, I don't know if I'd be searching out tickets and jamming out to either band!
I loved when they finally got their star on the walk of fame. That was a long time coming and should have happened a long time ago in my opinion. I think that since then its been an awesome comeback and I have loved all the new backstreet love. Seeing new and old fans come out to the DNA tour has been amazing.
I think the biggest moment in BSB history is the fact that they can still move crowds of dedicated fans, around the world after all those years. That they make them sing along all the old songs as well as their new ones. It is fascinating to see their evolution as a band and as people. I still remember the first time I see them in Montreal in 1997, as a teenager, and I can't believe I will see them again there in September this year. I hope they will continue too make history for years to come!
The biggest moment was when you received the star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame because it is a great recognition for any artist to be there, and you deserve it.
At least for me it was one of those happy moments: I jumped for joyness and I cried with emotion like your fan (I have followed you during good times and not so good time, too).
I felt like if one of my family member was receiving the highest honor. For me was very emotional see you all together, still talented, powerful, handsome, intelligent, confident with your speeches, after everything that has happened throug all these years in your life, in my life... I told myself: they have grown up, and so have I. And that makes us "larger than life".
I think the biggest moment for the Backstreet Boys in the last decade was their announcement of the residency in Vegas. It showed the world that they were still making music and bringing joy to fans that have stuck with them since the beginning. Having been to several on those shows and seeing how many people were still huge supporters it showed everyone that the Backstreet Boys were back and better than ever!
