    I have a question and if someone could answer it for me, that would be wonderful. I am in a wheelchair and due to my medical needs-my mother would have to come with me. Can she somehow not have to pay for all of the backstreet boys extras and just pay the regular cruise price? I would be doing the fan club presale.
