I haven't looked through all 1,049 comments here, so I'm sorry if someone has already made this point:
If the cruise is happening and the info that was showed before is true, then I hope fan club members get first dibs on getting a spot reserved on it, at the very least.

Its gota be a cruise, 5days, only some people can join them- either a competition or where its leaving from, and we wont be board!! all aboard on the boat! lol
I'm courious about this but I probabily won't be able 2 go. maybe only if you'll be in East Europe but.. wellI hope some real fans like me will have this chance. Good luck to the real fans!

I don't see why one thing would exclude the other. The Boys have had VIPs all along the tour so far, and they know that not everyone will be able to go on a cruise. I'm sure America will have their fair share of VIP upgrades available too. I would bet on it.
