Winnie, as stated in the post above, VIP meeting time is the same as Soundcheck winner, so you have to be at 'Will Call' at 4pm. There is no specific place designated Will Call, it changes from venue to venue, so get there with plenty of time and ask at the box office, or a member of staff.
