1. i think this message is just a way from Ground control and even the backstreet boys management to not take the guilt for everything that has happened...everything that is happening and everything that is going to happen. I know we(fans) are just business for bsb management, but at least what we deserve is always to have the same benefits when we all pay the same ...and that "much more" thing...is just unacceptable.
    I ve been a bsb fan for years...travelled all around the world...from argentina to europe, US.,..etc...but i realized this is too much for me. sad, but true.

  3. ok wel i'm glad i found out what the "much more" was lol at least i know if I do buy one for one of the US shows that it will be worth my money. I feel bad that everyone left nick behind i'd have gone with him hehe but then again i'd prolly think twice if i only had one choice.

  5. Hey its amazing after all the complaints we actually getting a reply from ground(ctrl). I emailed ground(ctrl) twice requesting a time to arrive for the SC & what "Much More"means with the Platium tickets. Of course i didn't get a reply!! i wonder if my credit card had declined for the $1024 for 2 platium tickets would ground(ctrl) of emailed me??? (Of course they would of) Ground(ctrl) should of stated well in advance what fans were getting for their hard earned money, instead of getting our hopes up with rummors of what "Much More" means!! Weather & Traffic are not an excuse for VIP terms & conditions not been fulfill!! i wonder how many fans got refunds from ground(ctrl) when their VIP tickets were not fulfilled?? Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE maybe ye @ GROUND(CTRL) should look it up in the Dictionary!!!! (Please don't delete my comment)

  8. Thank you for explaining, I understand where you guys are standing and have to deal with.
    I had a Gold VIP for Antwerp last friday (november the 20th) and received just 2 mails from GroundCTRL, 1 stating my order, the order stating where and how late I should be.
    The time said 19.00 hours, I arrived way before that to find out to my complete horror that the VIP had taken place that afternoon around 15.00 hours!!!!

    Luckely I found Justin and he told me to call and email GroundCTRL so I would either get a full refund or a Gold VIP and concert ticket for another venue.
    I have called and emailed this weekend, but I guess there closed.
    I hope they will respond as soon as possible since there aren't alot of venues left which donot require a plane ticket and there this week!

    I heard from a FC member that the times were mentioned somewhere at the tourpage, I haven't been an FC member till a month ago, nobody told me it was on those pages and it's barely mentioned!
    I wish GroundCTRL either emailed us all with the times or made a bigger mention of this on the side, or at least let us know which page to keep an eye on.

  10. I understand where all of the fans are coming from, but you guys need to understand that there are soooo many of us who want a piece of the Boys! I am really grateful for opportunity to meet them, have a picture taken with them and see them do a sound check before the show! It was worth every penny and I would and will do it again!!!!!!!!!!!
