    Hey Matt, I'm having some trouble to change my avatar...It's a 180 KB JPG pic, but still I'm receiving this message: "Your file upload failed. Perhaps it was of an unapproved file type." Can you help me? Be patient with me, 'cause I'm blond just like Nick Carter! Lol

    We were really worried about VIP and tickets being affected when we heard about this but I'm wondering can our points be cashed in for use towards VIP and presales or no?

    Also, can we gain points through forum posts/replies as well?

    I was a lil confused at first.. I actually had to upgrade my internet explorer because it would not let me on... This will need some getting use to but it looks great!
