I payed $1700 Australian for my meet and greet tickets and now they have been cancelled and refunded and I only received $1300 back!! I am out of pocket $400!! How is this fair? And the bullshit excuse is the exchange rate!! I WANT ALL THE MONEY I PAID BACK!! Completely unfair!! It's bad enough that the concert has been cancelled twice but this is completely UNACCEPTABLE!! I am NOT happy!!

Yes, please confirm whether the meet and greets were actually cancelled? Surely with a limited amount of VIPs, social distancing and BSB face masks the meet n’ greets would be more safe than the actual concert, wouldn’t it?
Please let us know what the deal is? The vaccine might be available here in Australia by then, but we could still wear our masks and social distance during meet n’ greets if you want us to? Plus there’s always camera trickery for the photos, it could look like you’re standing right behind us VIPs but we’re really on a mark a few metres in front of you, or something, cameras have zooms, plus if you opted for a sound check party too/instead and we take our own footage then too you’re at least two metres away from us as you’re on stage. We could social distance the seats out in the audience, please let us know if VIPs are actually cancelled and if you change your minds!
