I bought tickets Dec 6 for the Nashville show thru the fan club presale. I still have received the tickets. Every time I call ground control I am told that the venue hasn't released the tickets. I called the venue and they said they are waiting on Ground Control to send a check. Ground control keeps telling me that the venue will release the tickets in 2 weeks. I believe the venue! Ground control hasn't paid for the tickets yet!

I understand that a ton of volume for tixs is being managed , however it would show a lot of goodwill if BSB fans were not always the last in line to get their pre sale. We have been a day behind NKOTB fans a few times now & yesterday we were behind 5 other pre sales for Calgary and nobody even got offered floor seats in the pre sale , which tells me all the other 5 pre sales including NKOTB's got offered them first, there should have been some floor seats left or held back for the BSB pre sale surely?
Hey it isn't the BSB themselves it is the ground control. They are managing a ton of volume. Just let's be positive and support the awesome BACKSTREET BOYS!!!
