    Hmmm...are planning to make a Backstreet Wine? The question is hard to answer though, because if I chose a wine it belongs to what it is for in this minute - a light meal require a different wine than a meal with e.g. a steak, and I would chose a different one for the glas of wine just for sitting with some friends or when reading a good book.... (of course I would chose a different wine if I should say which one fits to every single Backstreet Boy, too ;-) )

    Have you tasted "Albariño" or "Ribeiro" ? I prefer "Albariño" but both are white wine and are so nice!??????

    My favorites are Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay, but I'm also left wondering about the randomness of this question, LOL.
