    This maybe explains why we don't get any reply nor mail or anything. Even the phone says" The Vodaphone partner is curently not available". I hope we will receive ANYTHING, but to me it does not look great. IF the company gets insolvent then we are all f....ed.
    Maybe the management of BSB knows more and is willing to help. We will see.......

  2. Hey gibts wirklich noch nichts neues im Bezug auf die Rückersttung der Tickets. Habe meine über Ticketmaster gekauft wie viele andere, die verweisen auf Ct und auf Nachfrage per Mail von ct kommt die Abteilung ist nicht zuständig also nochmal an verschiedenen Abteilungen per Mail. Aber leider, KEINERLEI Info. Wies nun weiter geht. Das nervt... Mein VIP Upgrade über den Fanclub, war sofort wieder erstattet Danke dafür. Das klappte super. BItte nun auch noch die Kosten für die Tix.

  5. I tried calling creative talent this morning..it goes straight to voice mail! I sent an email, since it's been 4 weeks since when I sent in my tickets..Now all I can do is wait. sucks for me.

    Not only people who got the tickets from ticketmaster haven't received the refund. I bought them through eventim.de and I'm in the same situation!
    I'd to send my tickets to eventim.de and they're going to send them to the promoter... so now I'm waiting...
    I haven't seen anything like that in my life... this is crazy...
