Heart and pocket broken.
We were planning to travel from abroad for the concert to live a childhood fantasy!
We hear tickets are not getting refunds, and cancellation on flights and hotels will have their price as well.
We don't see that we could make it to the next one when it happens. I'm sure a lot of fans are in my situation and while it's not BSB's fault, what will they be doing for us fans?
So depressed. :(
Ich bin mal gespannt, wie lange das mit der Rückabwicklung der VIPs dauert. Ground Ctrl hat mir geschrieben, dass das Geld auf dem gleichen Weg wieder eingeht, wie es abgebucht wurde. Bei mir, und sicher auch bei fast allen anderen, war das per Paypal.
Ticketmaster says on their site that the GERMAN promotor has not refunded them, so they cannot refund the pple who bought tickets.
To me it does sound that the GERMAN tour promotor is broke (I am pretty sure about this), but they give a contact address [email protected]

So its neither BSB nor GROUND CTRL fault that this happened. Its for sure a shame and sad that its all happening on such a short notice, but I am sure that it was a surprise for BSB and GROUND Ctrl as well.
I am sad about this and feel sorry for everyone who had to organize a trip to go and see BSB. I hope we get compensation for the tickets and for those who booked flights, hotels etc. I hope you get this sorted out as well.

what about us who would travel abroad to see BSB and now we are getting no refund??? The airplane tickets are not refundable as well!!! SHAME ON WHOEVER IRRESPONSIBLE ORGANIZED THESE SHOWS
this is all a joke....It s simply scandalous, ultrageous. Ticket master and whoever sold tickets for the events must take some responsability. Because, right now, they are holding money for a concert that no longer exists. If the promoter is broke, then he was already broke when the sale started. why did they let this people organise this?? we were robbed and deceived, I feel this way. I think we all should do something together
