1. I agree, people shouldn't post comments when most of the time it's just angry posts out of frustration so their frustration then makes others have frustration cause their comments are freezing up the site!

  2. @Julianna Agreed it a really good idea to block comment for the pre sale...Like that im not going to see some angry fan post how angry they are many time and the site is not going to crash ! We have to ask groundctrl about that !!

  3. Yes, that does happen and yet people won't do it, I've tried asking people to do that for Chicago and people kept commenting, complaining, etc. it was annoying!

  4. Maybe ground ctrl should take the whole posting comments thing cause the site to crash into consideration and disable comments on the pages when the on sales are happening. Just an idea!

  5. Good advice Whits! I shall help spread the word! Post this on the individual tour date boards as well!

  6. In advance of the presales:

If people post a bunch of comments, post on the forums, etc., during the presale, there's a big chance the site is going to crash. It's happened during every tour I've bought tickets here for. So for the sake of yourself and your fellow fans, I would HIGHLY suggest NOT posting comments and getting off the site as soon as you purchase your tickets and VIPs.

If you want to share the joy of where your tickets are, WAIT until AFTER the presales are done.

If you have questions/concerns during the presale, e-mail [email protected] and they WILL get back to you, whereas your comments might not get noticed, but they will clog the web.
