I'm pretty sure people are using the expression Golden Ticket as a reference to "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", because the event is for free and tickets were given on a contest. so please chill out, guys, and get ready to party!
It says first come first serve because it's a general admission show, meaning no reserved seats. You are guaranteed entry but if you want a good spot on the floor, get there early. But it's a small venue so you don't have to worry too much about your view. Just make sure you allow enough time for parking, checking in, waiting in line, etc.
Whats the Golden Ticket? I got an entry email but it said nothing about a Golden Ticket. What's the difference?

I got a Golden Ticket tonight! Waaaaaaah! I was halfway between crying and screaming for like an hour and now it's almost 4am and I am so excited I can't sleep! I was so sure I wasn't going to get in, disappointment has become a major theme of my life since I can't afford to go on the cruise. So you just made my Millennium and then some! I love you guys! Seriously, I was running around the house playing "I've Got A Golden Ticket" from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on my computer all night. I hope this show is going to be as amazing as I think it is! See you April 20th!
