1. So...HOW ABOUT THEM, RED SOX?!?!

    xD

  2. amazed at the comment of a 'so-called fan' - the idea is simple - if you find its not worth the money - dont do it - and definitely dont come here and bash our boys ... BSB have always put their fans first and we love them for it....so us fans will continue to be here and support them and we are all looking forward to the coming year with BSB... if you think otherwise then please go elsewhere....

  3. @moomoosaurus

Sorry, but how is he a hypocrite when he said he purchased a VIP package from another band for a cheaper pe? I'd call it awesome.

Though I don't agree with anything else he's saying on the boys, he's making valid points about the Platinum packages being so freakin' high. But at the same time, there's no reason to spend all that money for a 30 minute set (unless you have big bank) and fans can get the same experience when they get a Silver or Bronze package.

  4. I agree with your comment about having to pay that much money just to get a backstage tour and signed photos/group photos. However, I do not agree on how you see the Boy's future. For a BSB fan, you sure are ragging on them. And notice that THEY didn't set the prices...the management company/GroundCTRL did (or whomever's in charge of the VIP tickets).

There's really no need to shoot them down the way you did; totally uncalled for. If you were a true fan, you'd respect what they do MUSICALLY rather than complain about soundcheck prices that some fans DON'T have to purchase.

Oh, and just lighten up. I'm going easy on you here, whereas the other gals here want your bloody, decapitated head on a spike.

  5. This is for cody to read. I just have a few things to say, bsb are the highest selling pop male band of all time (not nkotb, or jackson 5, or nsync, or 98degrees or boys2men, i can go on). Get the facts straight 'cause if they are the top selling of all time then their vips can be pricey, or as they want to price them. I saw your argument about some band that no one knows, and yey for you, you got some vip signed merch from a band that no one knows. That's why their vips were $100 cause they dont have a strong fan base, obviously that band sucks since they dont have a strong fan base. Also, if you want to discuss crazy pricey vips .. well get this one $1200 for a standard bon jovi vip and you get a bunch of merch, a ticket in the front 3 rows, the chair you sit in and a pik with jon's microphone stand, and at no point do you get autographs or to meet the band at all!! (so now go bother the bon jovi fan club about a rip off)

  6. Cody your awesome thanks for telling it like it is! I used to be a huge fan (clearly I paid the $ for this and the stupid cruise) and yes Im VERY embarrassed. I'm sure the bsb could care less about their fans and I will tell them that to their face. Hey you gotta make a living somehow. Might as well make it of some dumb naive girls like me.

  7. Saying that spending that kind of money on a group that you supposedly love is ludicrous. It's the same as saying that buying the CD in the store is not worth it when you can rip it for free online. It's about supporting the artist and wanting to spend your money on them to show that you love them. If it's not for you then just don't do it. Don't come on here and complain about it. I bought a Platinum VIP and it was absolutely amazing, well worth the money, and I will do it again if they offer it on their next tour (which WILL happen by the way). To say that they aren't selling seats or that they are as unpopular as when they were unknown in 1993 is rediculous as well. I went to 4 shows on this tour and they were all either sold out or close to it. They have been on numerous TV programs and their music is featured quite often on many, many different things. Additionally, they have frequently been talking about their new tour for next year. So please either become a real fan like you say you are, or get off this site.

  8. Hahaha. Girls don't get so angry at this Cody person it's not worth our time or energy. Clearly you're not a very big fan because for us who have loved them ever since we can remember it was welllll worth the money. I only did the silver because I couldn't afford it but I don't regret a cent of it! It was so amazing. And as for you paying $100 for another VIP, that's because it's for someone none of us have ever heard of. I loved the VIP and the concert was so amazing in Winnipeg and I'd recommend both to any REAL BSB fan!! :) Especially when you wait 16 years to meet them! KTBSPA!

  9. Cody... you paid $40 for fanclub membership for what exactly? To sit here and bash the Backstreet Boys? Well, guess what? They are laughing all the way to the bank with your money dude. Oh those money hungry boys!!! You definitely "showed them your money"!

  10. Also, I would like to point out since you brought up the $500 to do the platinum VIP and how much money it is worth. Again, if you don't want to pay for it then don't. But don't bitch at people who want to do it. People can choose how they wish to spend their money before or after the show. If they want to spend 500 on a platinum VIP and 500 for an afterparty table then so be it.

Although why you got on the topic of platinum VIP's in a news post about afterparties is somethang else to think about. As the VIP opportunities at soundcheck is completely irrelevant to the afterparties.

....Oh and sorry not everyone could get a cheap VIP pass like you. Perhaps next time you attack people for choosing to do a VIP or afterparty, you shouldn't be so hypocritical as to have purchase one yourself. Especially when you got it at such a cheap price. Yay for you for beating the system. I'm sure you're extremely proud of yourself for managing to do so.
