I don't get a lunch break at my job and I would really want to participate...what about evening?????
I would say stay with the central time, because you get both sides of the world...literally, lol. If you do it at 11am central, CA will be up in the morning, east coast will be taking a lunch break, and over in Europe most will be getting off work, and for the fans in Asia it'll be evening time so I say stay with the central time zone, not only does it work for everyone but S.American fans tend to stay on the same time zone as the U.S.

1 PM EST. because some of us have school and work also it gives us all a little bit of time to get home or wake up. :)
