I'm in the UK and I personally work until 9pm on Mondays and Wednesdays so I can't access it at 9am PST but then I can't access the chat room at home anyway since it stopped working for me. I've been asking for help with this for weeks but haven't managed to fix it...
May I ask if we'll be able to submit questions via email/PM ahead of time, like before the chat happens and some of those could be picked to be asked on behalf of people who can't access the chat when it happens and could a transcript of the chat be made available for fanclub members to read afterwards please? that would be a good alternative option. Thank you.

10pm or 11pm for Europe it's great!

4PM or 5PM eastern time / 10PM or 11PM for European would be perfect I guess.
