I live in the US and understand the frustration... but.. anyone who can afford this is not limited by the US destination. This is limited to those who have an enormous amount of disposable income, which is not most of us in the US.
It's always USA and like other girls i feel left out. SA it's not even by chance on BSB plans. Only tour dates. :(
I'm totally agree with you! All the possibilities for meeting the guys are reserved to American fans (and I'm also talking about the BSB cruise!)

every time I save money for an event I end up having to give it to someone who needs it more then me I would love to go but at the moment I am still trying to save for when ever mixtape 2013 may be for vip then or if you come back before them with the new album to Hershey vip package for that.. Hershey loves to throw in a lot of extra costs.
