1. well first off the server did not "overload", people just abused the search for seats option. This is the first time we offered the assigned seating since after the Australia pre sale everyone assumed they were front row. as fr javascript, make sure you are using a current browser, usually that error is with IE6 (a 10 year old browser). Browsers are free and the best (we think) is firefox (www.getfirefox.com). I am sorry to hear about frustration however I am happy most of you got great seats. The VA show will be on sale next week. Lastly we did the presales today due to public on sale dates. xoxo

  2. wooohooo for NYC and AC

  3. matt said that there is going to be a presale for ravinia sometime next week

  4. Valdosta, GA didn't get a presale either. It wasn't just Ravinia. We all bought tickets to Valdosta when they went public. The link on the fanclub is to the venue's webpage : )

  5. I have a question: Why did all of the other tourdates get presales and NOT Ravinia? What's up with that? I really didn't find it fair: I thought that some of the dates didn't get picked for the presale event, then I found out Ravinia was the only one that wasn't chosen; that sucks.

But other than that, congrats to those who got great seats, and for those who weren't able to purchase a ticket (s), my condolences. To whoever set this 'idea' up, it was a bad one. Hands down.

  6. FRONT ROW FOR the michigan show for me! so pumped. waited 16 years for these seats!

  7. @barbm218 i thought that was only me! i've been trying to enable it for the past half hour only to find it WAS enabled!

  8. Now the website is saying "Java Script Error" when you try and pull up seats...

  9. i'm going to miami to see the boys very excited!!

  10. This was one of the worst experiences! I tried since 1:00 to get tickets to the VA show and NOTHING!! Right at 1:00 the website was saying I couldn't even buy 1 ticket. What's up with that? I'm SO disappointed!
