  1. Hello, my name is Jennifer, Jen for short. I'm 34 years old and have been a fan of the guys the entire 27 years! I even own the Red Album never released in the U.S.(thank you Amazon) I became a fan at 7 years old and they were my very first concert ever at 12 years old(b/c apparently that's when I was finally old enough for a concert), and although I am a fan of all of them, If I could choose any member of The Backstreet Boys to make a dinner for I would definitely choose Kevin. Being diagnosed with epilepsy at 14, was extremely difficult. I wasn't allowed to attend high school b/c the school though "it was too dangerous", so I had to get my h.s. degree on-line. Not being able to work or drive is also very difficult to deal with. Luckily, my parents let me live in their in-law apartment to keep a much needed eye on me. I don't get an aura, so I have no clue when a seizure is coming. Unfortunately, b/c of this I'm not technically able to cook over a stove, last time I did, I went to drain my noodles and had a seizure and went down and woke up in the burn unit with 3rd degree burns all over my chest needing skin grafts. However, my family has a food truck serving Belgian Liege waffles and frozen dipped bananas, and my mother is also a huge fan, so the two of us would prepare him one of our deliciously golden browned Belgian waffles with bursts of pearl sugar in every bite. We can go totally healthy with our vegan recipe and top with fruits, or we can go "sin city" and go vegan or non-vegan topped with our brownie bites, chocolate mousse and a Belgian chocolate sauce drizzle. Then, for dessert, he could have one (or more, lol) of our frozen chocolate dipped bananas with a choice of our many toppings. The family food truck is a huge happy factor in my life and the guys are the other. If I didn't have those two things in my life, I have no idea where I'd be, so I make sure to get "my gloves on, ready to fight and like a lion, I have tried to survive" (lyrics rearranged to make a point). There have been times I've had to be strong and take a chance on a procedure, but w/o the guys, my family and our food truck, nothing would be right. In fact, our truck is in contact with Pollyanna Dorough, and with her help and suggestions we created a special healthy vegan waffle. She even made a video post promoting it! All the guys deserve to get served by me for helping my save my strength and happiness.

  2. If I could cook dinner for my favorite Backstreet Boy it would be Nick Carter. I would cook pizza and make taco. Yum! And for our drinks of course mountain dew. I chose that meal, because I know those are Nick's favorite food and also my favorite meal. And maybe add in pasta! Super excited to see you guys next year on June 9,2021. I wish there was a meet and greet VIP.

  3. I would cook for nick something healthy and gluten free. Some healthy pasta with a nice salad on the side

  4. I would cook Dinner for Nick and I would probably make him some gluten free healthy pizza. Because i believe he said he has a gluten allergy that he found out a bout. And make sure the toppings are healthy. I'd make that for him because it would be something that would be hard for me to mess up lol

  5. I would cook for AJ. I know he is into eating healthy right now so I would cook something delicious and healthy. Or cook him a burger because I know he loves McDonald's but I am confidant that my burger would be way better than anything fast food!

  6. Even though Brian is my favorite BSB, I think for this I would chose Howie, because he really appreciates good food. Since he enjoys to get to know different meals from all around the world I would make something typical german.

I'm from eastern-westphalia so I would make a local speciality called Stippgrütze. It is a pork meal, kinda like a pork puree and is made with onions. You can eat it with potatoes or with bread and a little salad.

As dessert I would make Herrencreme a vanilla pudding mixed with cream, chocolate shavings and a good amount of rum.

I would serve the dinner on my balcony, because I have all my beautiful flowers there and it is just a nice place to be.

  7. If you could cook dinner for your favorite Backstreet Boy, who would it, what would you cook, and why did you pick that meal?
I would cook with Howie. I watched the cooking with Howie and had so much fun. I love chicken, so would be a good choice, and he did a good job last time with chicken :P

    Saludos y besos

  9. I've been a fan the entire 27 years along with my mother who took me to my very first concert ever and it just happened to be the Millennium tour. Due to my epilepsy, the last time I cooked over a stove 3 years ago, I went to drain the noodles and ended up seizing and getting 3rd degree burns leading to skin grafts all over the right side of my chest. Ended up w/ permanent nerve damage and in a wheelchair. So unfortunately, I can't go big with a big meal. It seems that everyone is choosing mainly Nick w/pizza or AJ w/ McDonalds Big Macs. I would choose Kevin and I don't want to copy something he already knows, I want to introduce him to something new and delicious! My family and I own a food truck serving authentic Belgian Liege waffles and frozen chocolate dipped bananas. I would serve these b,/c not only are they safe for me, but the deliciousness of our secret family recipe will melt in his mouth. After everything I have been through medically, the only thing that's gotten me through was the Backstreet Boys and our food truck. I've already been communicating with Howie's sister Pollyanna, and with her approval, we're naming a waffle after her. Now I want to introduce one special part of my life(our treats) with the other very important part of my life!!! If it weren't for these two factors, (the band and our truck) I have no idea where I'd be now.

  10. If I could cook dinner for my favorite Backstreet Boy it would be Nick Carter. I would cook pizza ????and make taco ????. Yum! And for our drinks of course mountain dew. I chose that meal, because I know those are Nick's favorite food and also my favorite meal. And maybe add in pasta! Super excited to see you guys next year on June 9,2021. I wish there was a meet and greet VIP.
