These are some of the songs I would love hearing live once more <3 :o)
Don't Wanna Lose You Now - love this song crazy much that i find myself welled up with tears sometimes
So Darlin' - don't know but love it with the drawl
Let's have a party - danced crazily to this one since it first came out
Inconsolable - the eclipse
Safest Place To Hide - come on, this has got to be one of the greatest, if not, the best, love ballads especially when it comes to bringing the love of your once in a lifetime love to the altar, heard that fans have said this has become their Wedding song, right
Hello! :)
I would love to listen live Like a child, because Brian's voice is too angelic in that song.
I would also like to have the possibility of listening to a Don't wanna lose you know in a concert, because it makes me go back in time.
If I do not have you, because it is one of my favorite songs, where the voices form a perfect harmony.
Bigger because I think they should get more out of it, it's a beautiful song.
And, finally, I'd love to hear Climbing the walls, which is a beautiful romantic song.
It's always beautiful to listen to old songs or some current one, but with their voices live. Recently Nick dusted off the album "Millennium" and included in his tour of South America "Don't Wanna Lose You Now" & "I Need You Tonight", it was so emotional! I would like to repeat the experience with all the Backstreet Boys. Here are my chosen ones:
SHINING STAR: BSB have many songs that depending on the point of view of their fans, we could say that dedicated to us. This song, for example, may have a subliminal message, which can perfectly adapt to a new tour and mix with the new sounds of the group.
SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY KNOW: I was lucky enough to be able to listen to this song live on the soundcheck of March 1, 2009 (here in Santiago), and to my mind it's one of the best songs that the album "Unbreakable" has, with 4 voices is spectacular, no doubt that by including Kevin's voice, it would be a much stronger version. I would love to enjoy it on some tour.
CRAWLING BACK TO YOU: We didn't have the experience of seeing the "Never Gone" tour, listening to this song live would be something new and different. It's a favorite among favorites and I'm sure many fans would be happy if they include this song.
HEY MR. DJ (Keep Playin' This Song): I listen to this song and I remember your show on the "Festival de Viña del Mar, 1998). From the old school to the current, but that would undoubtedly make us go back in time and dance like when we were teenagers.
5 songs, it was difficult to choose them! There are many that we would like to include, but you can always choose and try it... Nice initiative, we can remember and highlight what we mainly like most about the Boys career!
Thanks & Hugs!!!
It is really difficult to choose only 5, but these are the 5 that make my heart flutter when I hear them after years have passed:
Just To Be Close To You: This song beautifully shows the doo wop harmonies that built BSB, and AJ coming in on " I want YOOOOUU to be the only thing that I see" on the bridge still makes me swoon ????
Don't Wanna Lose You Now: If I have a BSB playlist playing on Spotify, and I hear this guitar intro, I am instantly smiling. The passion with which the Boys sing this song gives me chills.
I Wanna Be With You: This song is just so fun. That 90s dance beat, those dance moves, the groove and singing in the pocket on those verses and the bridge...damn good stuff.
Safest Place To Hide: The harmonies on this song are EVERYTHING. I know I've felt this way about someone, and you can tell the guys have too when they sing this, especially Kevin.
My Beautiful Woman: I seek out this song and Undone when I want to a sexy BSB groove. Undone has become a cult classic ( and it should be!) with it being in the Vegas set, and I feel like My Beautiful Woman has all of the sex appeal, too. Who wouldn't want this song to them?!
EVERYONE- This song has the same energy as Larger than life. Very upbeat and thanks the fan. Even if this song doesn’t get picked it would be nice to hear this song entering the venue.
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT (MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL) – This song is just beautiful and it has personally helped me with my insecurity problems. It would be amazing to hear this song live.
TIME- Backstreet boys have stood the test of time and this song just proves it.
SAFEST PLACE TO HIDE- the song is so beautiful and there are times where listening to backstreet boys becomes my safest place to hide.
LOVERBOY – throwback! It would be nice to hear this song and see how far they have come vocally.
I have never seen BSB live so all of these would be new to me. If the boys are planning a world tour I would love to go and hear these songs. Also low-key would love to hear Happy Birthday because October is my birthday month.
- Like A Child
- I Never Find Someone Like You
- If I Don´t Have You
- Dont Wanne Lose You Know
- No One Else Comes Close
No special reason why….for me those songs just represent that old "Backstreet Style" I absolutly personly love and reminds me for what I´ve been actually started to love them….. as an abolutly amazing vocal harmony group. And I would so love to see this songs on their set list. That´s about it.
The Perfect Fan - because my mom has always been there for me and has always encouraged me in everything I do so I would want this song in the next world tour so when it is being performed I can sing it to her and tell her how much I love her!
Crawling Back to You - because this song reminds me of a time when I thought I made the right choice to walk away from a relationship but I realized that it was not the right choice, so I crawled back to the relationship and it was the best decision in my life.
Poster Girl - because this song reminds me of any time I have had to move to a different place to live and had to find new friends. It also has my favorite line in it which is “‘what good is tomorrow without a guarantee?’”. This is my favorite line because it basically means that you should do what you want today so if tomorrow doesn’t come it is okay because you lived life to the fullest.
It’s Gotta be You - because this song is upbeat and a song that makes people feel good about anything going on in their life. It makes me think that there is someone out there that will say those lyrics to me and mean it one day.
Everyone - because y’all always reference this song but never really sing it and I feel like it a good upbeat song to add to the lineup.
If I could pick 5 songs, they would be the following 5:
1. Happily Never After. I know someone else ended up recording the song too and putting it on their album, but BSB told the story much better and their version is so much more amazing. This is my favourite unreleased song.
2. No Goodbyes. I think it would be hilarious for them to sing this, and watch as all the fans get confused when they realize it's not IWITW being sung.
3. Missing You. (I'm pretty sure this has never been done live. Least theres no YouTube videos of it.) I would love to hear it live as it's old school and I know most the words.
4. You Wrote The Book On Love. I'm all for old school songs being sung live, to reignite our love for them. I love how Nick sneaks in, "Oh, Brian help me sing." I also love, love, love Brian's part in the song: "You're like a fire that burns in my soul. Like a volcano, ready to blow."
5. Song For The Unloved (either version). It's a wonderful song and I'm sure it would sound amazing live. Maybe it will help fans who never heard it before, and are going through a rough patch at that moment.
Well those are my choices. They just have way too many good songs to choose from. Those were the first to come to mind though.
