  1. I was 10 years old back in my homecountry Honduras, I was changing the channels on my tv and suddenly I saw this cute blond boy on this music video dancing and singing with some other handsome guys and I inmediatly fell in love with them. I didn't know anything about them, nor understood the lyrics because I didn't speak english but seeing that video was enough to start my love for them. By the way, the video was Get Down and the cute blond boy was Nick ?
Ever since, I dreamed about meeting them and my dream came true on April 26, 2017 when I went to Vegas just to meet them which is the most amazing experience I ever had because of their way to treat every fan, their humility really made me feel like I was a special fan for them.

  2. My very first memory of the Backstreet Boys was the Summer going into seventh grade when I heard 'Quit Playing Games With My Heart' playing over the radio station at the local swimming pool all summer long and I was instantly in love! Their first album 'Backstreet Boys' was the first CD I ever bought as well. Am I sorry I bought that album? Heck no! I even picked up a second copy at a thrift store a few years ago just so it would have a good home! BSB4life! KTBSPA!

  3. So I’m going to do two first memories, my first initial memory of the Backstreet Boys and my first memory of them up close.

My very first memory of the Backstreet Boys happened was in June 1997, I had just graduated from 8th grade and had been spending time at my town pool when my friends and I at the time decided to go to our friends house around the corner. When we got there, she turned on the Box music network (it played music videos all day long). As we watched the Quit Playing Games video had come on and I remember loving the song and then nick was singing and he smiled in the video. From that moment on I was hooked.

My first memory of them outside of learning who they were and concert memories was my first time meeting them as a whole. While I had done the BSBBQ in the summer of 2012 ( I had met Kevin and nick solo prior) but my first meeting with all 5 of them was at Backstreet takes NY. I remember being so nervous but Once I started saying my hellos all the nervousness went away and when I got up to Kevin I told him the university of South Carolina was going to beat Kentucky that year. Brian asked if they were playing hay night and I said no September 29th my birthday. Kevin told me Kentucky was going to win and I said again South Carolina was going to win. It was quite amazing memory and I was right South Carolina beat Kentucky that year Haha.

Those are two separate types of first memories I have of the guys. But every first memory from learning who they are, to my first concert and my first meet and greet are memories of them that I treasure. Here is to many more years of first memories with these amazing guys!!

  4. I hope they will pick me

  5. My very first memory of the Boys was my cousin mentioning how in love with them she was, especially the "blond one"! I was watching music videos on Vh1 and "Quit Playing Games With My Heart" came on. I'd heard the song on the radio before but I was seeing their faces for the first time and it was an INTENSE love at first sight!!! I adored the "blond one" too but knew my cousin had dibs so I had to keep my infatuation with Nick a secret for a while. I grew to love all of the Boys very quickly thereafter. Soon, Backstreet Mania took over the world, quite literally, and I was so glad to be a part of it all. Twenty years later, I'm elated that my cousin mentioned them to me so many years ago. I've grown up with them so to speak, and love and respect them even more now, it that's even a possibility. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us all in 2018!

  6. My very first memory of the boys is back in 1996 in Guatemala and I remember my mom blasting ALAYLM in the car, we didn't know who they were but she said that she'd heard the song many times that week when coming back from work and she that there was finally good music in the radio, I started checking MTV regularly until one day I saw the boys and of course me and my mom fell in love with them. When Millenium (i still had their song recorded in a cassette from the radio ill admit) came out we went to the mall and she bought me the CD I came out ECSTATIC and then she said she has forgotten her wallet inside, when she came out she had Backstreet Boys and Backstreet's Back in a bag (she went back inside to look for them) even many years after when she got sick (she passed away in '07) she would ask me to put the boys so she could hear them and that's something I will ALWAYS treasure.

  7. My first memory of the Backstreet Boys is when I heard their song on the radio for the first time (around 1995)in my home country Indonesia. Their song was so good and I fell in love with their voices. I did some research, found out their name and faces, fell in love with Brian all of the sudden (still do). Hahaha....
At that time we were not rich and I love music, so I listened to the radio all the time (still do), and we cannot afford their cd. I grew up in Indonesia, so the cd was not affordable for us.
But now, I am so so happy that they're still together, stronger than ever. I can't wait for their new CD to come out. Because I can afford it now. Lol!
    God Bless BSB!!

  8. My first memory is from 1997 (twenty years ago) when I heard on the radio 'I'll never break your heart' and I started to investigate the name so I called to the radio abd they told me BACKSTREET BOYS! So I ran to buy their cd It was my first CD, and when I was buying the CD I found a Spanish Magazine with them in the cover and I saw NICK CARTER and I feel in love of him. From that date until now I'm a fan of them. I saw them for first time in CDMX in their THIS IS US TOUR and now I'm counting days to see them again on December 29 at the Moon Palace Arena will be my first show and meet&greet with Nick, Kevin, Brian, Howie and A.J. :)

  9. I rememeber this like it was yesterday! I think I was about 11 years old..
I was sitting in music class, and everyone had to bring their favorite song that day. The teacher played all our songs, and then suddenly "Get Down" blasted out from the speakers - now the teacher had my attention! It was another girl from my class who has brought it.
The CD's went through class as we listened to the songs, and while "Get Down" was playing, of course the Backstreet Boys CD cover went through the class too. I looked at it and thought to myself " I need to get this CD!".
When I got home, I begged my mom for a stereo, she said ok (since I had been saving some money to buy stuff) , and we went to buy one at the store close by. I got the stereo, and then I could choose one CD. My first CD ever! I went over to the shelf with CD's and quickly pointed out the red and black cover of the Backstreet Boys CD I wanted! YAY! I got it! I went straight home and listened to album over and over again.. for several months that was ALL I heard! The first BSB album was my first love :)

  10. My current best friend introduced me to the boys way back in 1995. She had them all over her wall. I then saw them on Much Music and the fandom began and I never looked back. Thank you boys for the good memories.
